Artist statement

Constructing handwoven textiles is my meditative practice where I explore my intuition with the intricate processes of spinning, dyeing, weaving, and knitting. Each piece becomes a conduit for my prayers and gratitude towards the natural world. Raised amidst the lush indigenous cultures of Nicaragua and Mexico, I draw profound inspiration from their vibrant colors and rich traditions.
